Large European and American furniture from 1840's to 1930's: armoires, sideboards, tables, bureaus, chairs. More than 1,000 stained and beveled glass windows, some matching. Owner makes several annual European buying trips.
With the business increasing in size in the vast field of antiques, we decided to remain specialized in two areas, stained glass windows and furniture. Today we maintain an inventory of approximately 1800 old stained glass and acid etched windows and display a variety of woods in European furniture. By eliminating the barn-like atmosphere of many antique galleries, our furniture is displayed tastefully in a series of unusual small showrooms throughout our 20,000 square foot building.
During the past decade, we have expanded to include Mediterranean copper and pottery, architectural wrought iron elements, garden antiques and other interesting accessories. Many of these unique finds are displayed for your shopping pleasure throughout 25,000 square feet of outdoor garden space. We are located only 45 minutes from O'Hare Airport just off I-90 at the Belvidere exit. We look forward to your visit.
