Everything is lovingly made from scratch here. Owner Dave Schaps and his crew start by milling wheat fresh every day at 4 a.m. and baking it into big, beautifully designed loaves. The handmade bread making-process allows you to get the best tasting bread on earth. Most of the basic breads are guaranteed fresh for 7-10 days. Delicious sweets and treats made fresh daily too.
