Sgt. Pepper’s Café, a family owned and operated business, was established in 1998. The Samara family opened the first Sgt. Pepper’s Café in Springfield, Illinois, Home Of The Horseshoe. Tarek Samara, an SIUE Alum, opened the first Edwardsville location in the fall of 2005. The restaurant offers a wide variety of menu options, including breakfast served all day. Breakfast is not just for Breakfast anymore at Sgt. Pepper’s Café.
