A Sip ’N Stroll Garden Walk will be held Saturday, June 25th from noon to 5 in Lanark. This will be held in conjunction with Lanark’s Old Settlers’ Day festival and all proceeds will benefit the local CASA organization of the 15th Judicial District.
The gardens at this home have been used for many prom, homecoming, and wedding photos so here is your chance to enjoy a beautiful June afternoon in Lanark during Old Settlers Days while supporting a vital resource for the health and well-being of local children.
Garden lovers will ‘pay’ a donation for entry, be able to have a glass of sangria while they stroll through the gardens, listen to a couple of local musical groups, have an opportunity to purchase hosta starts from the over 80+ varieties as well as a chance to win door prizes from area nurseries.
CASA volunteers are men and women who want to help their community's children. They work for the judge, alongside attorneys and social workers, as officers of the court. For more information check out the website - casa15thdistrict.org
