Chef Isabel Gariepy of Farm’s Table in Quebec, Canada will be the event’s featured chef. Guests will experience a 4-course rustic French-style “farm dinner” field dining experience featuring locally grown ingredients complete with appetizers and hand-crafted beverages. The meal will be creatively timed around the nearly 3-minutes of totality that guests will experience at the height of the eclipse.
In addition to the farm dining experience, guests will have the opportunity to mingle with the farm’s cast of critters including dairy goats, sheep, a miniature pig, chickens, and more. There will be live music and family-style games spread throughout the field to entertain. A variety of add-on experiences like goat yoga are also expected to be added as options for guests to choose from.
