At Alexander’s Steakhouse, each guest has the opportunity to select their own steak from the locker and cook it their own special way over a live charcoal grill. Guests can select from twelve different steak cuts, such as ribeye, T-Bone, filet or our own “Santa Maria” top sirloin. All steaks are hand cut daily by our in-house butchers from aged USDA choice Midwestern Beef. If you're looking for more variety, Alexander's also offers teriyaki chicken breasts, Atlantic salmon, swordfish, pork chops, and lobster tails. All Alexander’s Steakhouse dinners include Baked Potato or steak fries, Texas toast, and the “Best Salad Bar in Town”. Our salad bar offers fresh salad, vegetables, fruits and house made dressings.
