The Alley-Bi Saloon is a very simple bar downtown Lincoln. Although their lunch menu is short and simple the food is excellent. The simplicity of this bar makes for a good time and the staff is so welcoming. The Alley-Bi is one of the more popular bars of Lincoln as there is always a good crowd and friendly customers.
