The rich history of this beautiful Queen Anne Victorian began in 1906 when St. Louis architect H.J. Burgdorf designed the home for A.C. Koch, then-owner of the Breese Mill & Grain Company. Conveniently situated, it is only eight miles from Carlyle Lake in Illinois.
