The Champaign Garden Inn is a stunning Victorian mansion built in 1900. Located in the Sesquicentennial neighborhood, our Champaign IL bed and breakfast is centrally located and walking distance to the recently re-developed Downtown area.
When you arrive at the Inn the first thing you will notice is the gardens. We have numerous garden beds and grassy areas surrounding the Inn, designed to bloom throughout the season. The expansive wrap around porch and wicker furniture provide a perfect place to sit and enjoy the gardens.
Through the front door you will be greeted by your innkeeper, Kevin Allen, and our two adorable doggy mascots, Dasher and Princess. Running the Inn is our full time passion, so we will be available to provide area information, restaurant reservations, or in the case of the doggies, make themselves available for scratches and love.
On the main level you’ll find the living room, library, dining room and kitchen. The furnishings were selected with your comfort in mind, and hopefully you’ll have some time to enjoy the first floor. There is a 55 inch flat screen smart TV in the living room and lots of soft seating. The Library has books and games, as well as a computer station/wireless printer. The dining room was designed with separate seating so you can choose to socialize or be by yourself while having your morning coffee. The dining room is also a great place to spread out your projects and work while you’re here. Of course there is WIFI broadcast throughout the first floor, and whole house, to ensure you can stay connected.
