A woman named Rite Maurer started working at Dew Chilli Parlor in 1942 and became the only trusted recipe holder for Dew Chilli secret recepie. From then, The Dew Chilli Parlor collected decades worth of history and memories for everyone to experience through their tasty chilli. With several locations throughout the Springfield, Illinois area, everyone can enjoy their delicious secret recipie.
