Guided group tour of Southern Illinois Civil war era history.
Join us for the 2022 Fall Ozark Tour. We will discover the Civil War history of Mound City at the Rawling’s House, Marine Works, andNational Cemetery. In Cairo we will have a catered lunch at Magnolia Manor and visit the Custom House and Fort Defiance Park at theConfluence of the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers. Archaeologists and Historians will provide interpretation at the various sites. Cost is$60 per person and includes catered lunch, transportation, guidebook, and tshirt.
Check in is at 8:30 am at the Shawnee Community College parking lot, Ullin, Illinois.
