A Celebration of Jacksonville History And its Historic Sites.
In the finest tradition of Grierson the musician, songwriter, and band director, there'll be music at as many venues as possible, just as there was at every fort and military outpost that he commanded while also serving as Colonel of the 10th U.S. Cavalry, Buffalo Soldiers. There will also be Civil War dancers, living historian-reenactors, historic home tours, youth activities, first-person speakers, historical presentations, and more.
