Owned & operated by Chef Christopher Ala, Hemmingway's has a classic bistro interior that brings back the grand charm of Paris in the early 1930's. French staples such as Coq au Vin, Cassoulet Toulousain, Bouillabaisse, Beef Wellington and Duck a l' Orange rotate as special offerings, while the seafood is delivered from the East coast fresh every day. Nestled inside the historic Write Inn, Hemmingway's is sure to leave diners feeling as though they've just dined in France with its enticing mix of soft lighting, cozy seating, and delicate dishes.
