Located on Chicago’s North Shore, Hewn is a rustic bakery that specializes in made-from-scratch breads, pastries and sandwiches.
Our artisan breads and baked goods are naturally leavened and baked at our Evanston location. A full selection of items are available in Evanston, and a curated selection of items are available at our new Libertyville Outpost.
In a time of big box stores and large chains, Hewn is a return back to a smaller, family owned and operated bakery. We value our team of bakers, pastry chefs and front staff, and we love being part of the Evanston and Libertyville communities.
