After our green coffee beans are carefully selected, we roast them on demand with our patented electric air process that takes less than ten minutes. Plus, the hot air technology removes the chaff (the bean’s outer layer) before it burns up like it does in traditional drum roasting. Where there’s no torched chaff, there's no bitter taste. We’ve got our own thing going on, and that’s not just hot air.
