The annual St. Patrick’s Day Festival in March brings a parade, Irish dancing, and the crowning of the Irish Queen.
The 32nd St Patrick's Day Parade and Festival in Lemont is on the 9th of March 2024 from 1 pm - 5 pm in the historic downtown. The St Patrick's Day Parade begins at 1 pm, beginning on north Stephen Street and heading west on Main Street.
A few things to enjoy during the festival
Crowning of the St Patrick's Day Queen at 12:45 pm on Stephan Street near the I & M Canal Bridge.
The festival will run from 1.30pm to 5pm and includes west Main Street, Legion Park (111 Main Street) and the VFW.
Stockyard Kilty Band will open the fest and Irish Dancers perform at the Legion Park gazebo.
DJ, food vendors and visit the VFW, BTB Wines and Barrel & Vine for drink specials available during the fest.
