Live at the Museum continues on March 27 with The Swany Connection, performing classic rock, country, and bluegrass favorites at the Savanna Museum & Cultural Center.
The March edition of Live at the Museum features a performance by The Swany Connection on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Savanna Museum & Cultural Center.
This local duo is known for performing a mix of classic rock ’n’ roll, country, and bluegrass favorites, often inviting the audience to sing along. They will be joined by Guy Bazilewich, a multi-instrumentalist with more than 40 years of performance experience. Bazilewich performs on electric bass, acoustic guitar, stand-up bass, and six-string guitar and is comfortable across a wide range of musical styles.
Poetry Slam founder Marc Kelly Smith, who facilitates the museum’s monthly music series, will also share a few of his poems during the evening.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for the 7:30 p.m. performance at the Savanna Museum & Cultural Center, 406 Main Street in Savanna. Refreshments, door prizes, and a bonus coupon will be available. Donations are appreciated.
