Located in Staunton, Mississippi Culture Oak Fermented Ales highlights the flora of the Mississippi River Valley through mixed culture fermentation in oak barrels. Mixed culture uses a combination of multiple yeasts and bacteria uncommon in traditional beer-making. Mississippi Culture’s brew uses local ingredients like wildflower honey, peaches, blackberries, and herbs and spices native to the region- all aged to perfection. The result?
