The Morris Chop Shop is the place for those who can only last days without a piece of the highest quality, perfectly seared and flavored steak or chop.

Specializing in fresh local raised beef, produce and organic-antibiotic free pork & poultry. We make everything from scratch in our kitchen so we know what is in our food, more important we know what is not in our food. Real wood fire – we cook all of these great local beef, poultry & pork over a wood burning char grille & rotisserie giving a natural smoke and char distinctive to cooking over live fire. We also donate to having trees replanted every year to replace the wood we take from our planet.
