Founded in 1924, the League remains dedicated to enriching communities served through art education and exhibitions. NSAL hosted its first art show in 1925, and has continued to do so for over 87 years.

NSAL hosted its first art show in 1925, and has continued to do so for over 87 years. They conduct classes in the League's facilities at the historic Winnetka Community House. The main studio features a 60 foot skylight, and the premiere print program offers classes for adults and children.
