PorchFest is the ultimate grassroots community music festival and celebrates its 5th year of being a part of the annual Encore Mt Morris event calendar.
Porchfest is a grassroots community music festival where all genres of musicians perform on porches within the boundaries of the event.
Many musical groups or soloists will be performing 45-minute sets on community porches in the Village of Mt. Morris. Many favorites are back along with some new musicians. You move from location to location. Bring your lawn chairs or sit in the grass, walk, or ride your bike.
Each porch is scheduled for 1 hour and the audience can pick their choices from the schedule found on the website and move from location to location. More than 17 groups and solo artists are scheduled and with a variety of local restaurants and bars to visit it’s sure to make for a great day in Mount Morris!
