Shorty's Smokehouse is a small town BBQ Restaurant in the heart of Waterloo IL. Specializing in old style, low and slow BBQ, we have taken years to perfect our craft. After years of building smokers and winning competitions, we have set up shop in the historic City Motel to serve up our signature smoked meats daily.
