The City of Collinsville is shutting down Main Street! Collinsville will once again host its annual Smokin' On Main BBQ Competition and Festival!
Join professional and backyard teams from across the region as they cook up some of the best BBQ in the Midwest! The top BBQ food and drink vendors from the area and great local entertainers make Smokin' On Main one of the biggest events in Collinsville and one BBQ lovers shouldn't miss! Like the heat? Try a variety of spicy barbecue and sauces available at the event! From brisket to pork steaks, chicken to ribs- try it smoked, slathered, or rubbed- and get your sauce on!
All proceeds to benefit the Collinsville Food Pantry and the U.S. Veterans Foundation.
