The development features a cluster of about ten small, custom-built storefronts where local vendors can test their products and gain real-world retail experience in an affordable, low-risk environment. Operating primarily on weekends from May through December, the Shops provide not only physical space but also mentorship, marketing support, and business education, helping bridge the gap between online or pop-up selling and permanent brick-and-mortar retail.
