This stately, colonially inspired and family-owned inn that has been in operation since 1928. The elegant rooms feature period decor and furniture, as well as cable TV and free WiFi. Homey, extended-stay studios and apartments add full kitchens.
Built in the historic Williamsburg-style in 1927, the Homestead has been under family management for over 75 years. The 90-room hotel is conveniently located on a quiet residential street adjacent to Evanston’s downtown business district and Lake Michigan. Guests will enjoy a continental breakfast and garage parking during their overnight, or longer stay (rooms can be rented by the day, month or longer.) The hotel’s fine dining restaurant, Quince, serves contemporary American cuisine and Q2, the hotel’s intimate cocktail lounge, is not to be missed.
