Wandering Whistler Cafe is Effingham's Newest addition to their downtown. They are a multifaceted establishment, specializing in small plates, coffee, cocktails, mocktails, tea service, and over 200+ board games. They are a one-stop shop for date night, girl's night out, or even just a family game night. They also offer monthly Magic The Gathering: Commander Nights! If you are an avid puzzler, this is the perfect place to pop in and puzzle your heart out. There is an opportunity to even participate in a community puzzle. We hope to see you stop in!
