Wild Blossom Meadery & Winery was founded to produce the finest honey wines (Meads) in the Midwest. They are Chicago's first winery and the only meadery on the Northern Illinois Wine Trail.
Guests can take a tour and learn about bees, honey and mead. On our patio or tasting room guests can order tasting flights to experience the diverse meads we produce. We also teach beer, cider, wine and mead making classes. The Major Taylor bike trail for some nice biking or hiking before tasting.
