Founded in 2010 by immigrant couple Ernesto and Saida Candia, E&S Fish Company is proof that the American Dream is alive and well.
E&S Fish Company operates as both a fish market and gourmet restaurant. It offers a gorgeous open concept kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a large refrigeration case housing fresh-caught fish flown in daily from all over the world.
The restaurant boasts a large lunch menu festooned with everything from poké bowls and sushi, to lobster rolls and salmon burgers—all made sustainably with produce bought from local grocers and farmer’s markets.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, the restaurant transforms into a lavish yet unpretentious culinary hot spot replete with live music and a convivial atmosphere. Ernesto works feverishly over his Viking stove, the sizzle of the skillet hissing with butter and olive oil while he expertly sears the fish, while Saida makes friends and guests feel at home with her warmth and hospitality. A BYOB policy adds an eclectic feel to the restaurant, little coolers can be found under tables packed with six-packs of beer or high-end champagne.
At E&S Fish Company, it’s like dining at a friend’s house, because E&S Fish Company is a place for everyone.
