The Elgin Short Film Festival (ESFF) is headed to the Hemmens Cultural Center.
The ESFF grows in popularity every year. The short films are always highly impressive, and the atmosphere is perfect! The glitz and glam of the evening are always so exciting, and a night to remember!
Come and enjoy an evening of scintillating cinematic history. See the best of the best from various genres on the big screen. The top pre-screened films up to 20 minutes in length will be presented at the festival; winners will be selected by a panel of judges and you!
In person audience members will be casting their votes for their favorite film at intermission. Following intermission, our Master of Ceremonies, Daryl Nitz, who has been entertaining audiences for years with his musical antics, celebrity impressions and his “supper club era” comedic talents, will present awards and prizes.
The Red-Carpet Arrival and Pre-Show Entertainment start at 6pm outside, with the Festival Screening starting at 7pm inside.
R rating films permitted. Those 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
