The Inn at Felt Manor is located in the historic district, high atop a hill overlooking downtown Galena. Built by wealthy merchant Lucius Felt and his wife Catherine, Felt Manor has operated as a small guest inn since the 1980s. There are two beautiful historic buildings on the impressive property.
The Manor was built circa 1850 and is currently closed for an extensive restoration. The goal is to maintain the original architecture while making necessary updates and repairs.
The Coach House combines modern amenities with rustic charm and was completely renovated in 2018. Located at the rear of the Felt Manor property, the Coach House has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps six. Amenities include: a queen sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, a kitchenette with cooktop, a separate entrance, private deck, private off-street parking, high-speed internet, smart TV with streaming apps, two-zone heating and air conditioning, and more. Bath amenities include Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hair dryers, and Comphy© brand linens and bathrobes. Perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends. A short walk to downtown.
