3 Part Virtual Meditation Series presented by DuPage Convention & Visitors Bureau in partnership with the Science of Spirituality International Meditation Center in Lisle, IL.

Science of Spirituality International Meditation Center is an international non profit organization dedicated to transforming lives through Meditation. An experienced facilitator of Meditation will guide you each week with techniques and strategies to help you learn the art and science of meditation and transform your life.

All classes take place 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM CST + 10 Minute Q&A Session

July 16: How our beliefs about ourselves influence our balance; gaining perspective with meditation.

July 23: Recognizing what we need; physical, mental, emotional benefits of meditation.

July 30: Walking our talk; tips to incorporate self care into our real, daily schedules.
