And when Chef Harris noticed the cuisine in Italy was changing for the better, he decided we must keep up.
So, what can you expect? New, lighter Italian food, twists on classic dishes, all our favorite old-school recipes, plus a few contemporary additions. We aim to serve a new generation of diners by offering more veggies, protein, and gluten-free choices.
