The Festival of Lights returns to Quincy in bringing 1.5 miles of animated light displays to Moorman Wavering Parks at 1200 N. 36th in Quincy. The Festival of Lights is open nightly from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. beginning Thanksgiving Day and concluding New Year's Eve.
