On Mar. 14, The Dixon Historic Theatre hosts Classical Blast’s acclaimed “Rockin’ Celtic” show. It offers an energetic and distinctive celebration of St. Patrick’s Day and Celtic heritage. This performance features rock-infused renditions of traditional Irish and Scottish folk melodies, alongside contemporary hits from renowned Irish bands such as Dropkick Murphys, U2, The Cranberries, and Snow Patrol. The program also includes cinematic themes and Classical Blast’s signature fusion of classic rock with Celtic and classical musical elements.
Comprised of exceptional musicians from Chicago, who have previously performed for the Chicago Blackhawks and at other prominent venues, Classical Blast delivers a vibrant and engaging experience. This unique blend of world music and rock promises a lively and memorable event.
Green beer will be available to celebrate the occasion. Attendees who arrive in green attire will receive a complimentary necklace.
