At The Taco Hideout, the food is made as ordered, the shells are not pre-made, they are a tortilla until you order it, the same way as in 1964.
The meat is made fresh about every 30 minutes making the hideout food the very best around. In this way of cooking, you can get your shell at any texture soft, medium or hard. The enchiladas and the rest of the food follow the same theory. Microwaves are not used in the preparation of food it's fresh!
