Celebrate St Patrick's Day with a kilted 5k run and walk, a pet parade, and a major parade in the heart of the Dundee area.
Kick off the day at 8:00 am with the DUblinDEE Kilted 5k run and walk! One of the Fox Valley's most treasured traditions. This run and walk is a great way to kick off an exciting day. Our fundraising efforts directly impact the important mission of the FISH Food Pantry that serves families in our community and the Friends of the Fox River. Most participants show their Irish spirit while running or walking.
Then, join us for East Dundee's famous Pet Parade. Calling all Irish dogs to line up at East Dundee's Depot at 9:30 am. Brought to the community by Dundee Animal Hospital, the Parade Your Pet - Pet Parade is back on! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will have prizes.
Finally, the Thom McNamee Memorial St. Patrick's Day parade showcasing the East and West Dundee area's businesses and non-for-profits steps off at 11:00 am at Rosie O'hare's Public House in East Dundee and travels down Barrington Rd. to River Street, and ends at Bandito Barneys Beach Club.
