8515 Highway 127, Alto Pass, IL 62905
A St. Patty's Day Celebration.
The Irish-American group Shenanigans & Malarkey consists of three talented musicians, Dorothy McDaniel, Ruth Ann Levinson and Tom Connelley, each of whom have performed around Southern Illinois for decades. One is a music teacher, one a physics professor and one an Arkansas singer/songwriter! It’s the audiences’ challenge to guess who are the Shenanigans and who is Malarkey. In addition to Irish/Celtic traditional tunes, their repertoire has elements of classic and modern Americana with a three-part vocal harmony. Join us for a lively celebration of Celtic traditions with this highly entertaining and comical trio featuring a one-of-a-kind collection of Southern Illinois’ finest!
