Embracing our region’s rural heritage
The Next Picture Show is excited to welcome back one of its most popular events. The Farms & Barns art exhibition runs from August 14-September 13, 2025. This exhibition is presented at The Next Picture Show and will showcase the best of the Midwest.
Farms & Barns features talented artists who capture the rich essence of our farm region and Midwestern charm. The show will highlight old buildings, wide-open pastures, livestock, creeks, farm equipment, and the beauty of patina in working spaces. Whether you’re an artist excited to participate or a fan of the sights and scenes of the Midwest, this show is filled with incredibly passionate individuals.
Viewing: The gallery is open for viewing Wednesdays-Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Opening Reception: Friday, August 15, from 6-8 p.m. Awards to be announced at 7 p.m. Cash bar and fun times.
