This 39th annual celebration of the arts is packed with excitement from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM at three iconic Springfield locations: the Hoogland Center for the Arts, the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, and Union Square Park. Guests will receive detailed schedules and maps upon arrival to make the most of their evening
