6 PM – Santa & Mrs. Claus arrive by fire engine at Constitution Court to light the tree. 6-8 PM – Visit Santa & Mrs. Claus at Forest Park Bank. 6-9 PM – Horse-drawn sleigh rides – Beloit & Madison and Elgin & Madison. Live window displays, merchant open houses, horse-drawn carriage rides, balloon twisting, Santa & Mrs. Claus and an Ice Sculpture photo op are just part of the magic of this annual Holiday Walk on Madison Street.
