6 PM – Santa & Mrs. Claus arrive by fire engine at Constitution Court to light the tree. 6-8 PM – Visit Santa & Mrs. Claus at Forest Park Bank. 6-9 PM – Horse-drawn sleigh rides – Beloit & Madison and Elgin & Madison.
