The Four Rivers Environmental Education Center is located at McKinley Woods - Kerry Sheridan Grove, which offers the following amenities and activities: biking, hiking, running, in-line skating, cross- country skiing, picnicking , snowshoeing, fishing, and geocaching.

The Four Rivers Environmental Education Center is a model of green architecture, featuring geothermal heat and air conditioning, recycled building materials, and water conservation features. The Center offers indoor and outdoor facility rentals for conferences, banquets, and meetings, including the Four Rivers Shelter. The Center also provides a picturesque setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions. In 2012 and 2013, the facility won WeddingWire's Bride's Choice Award, and in 2014 and 2015, it won the Couple's Choice Award for wedding venues.
