Harvest Festival at Alto Vineyards

Our biggest and most spectacular event of the year occurs during grape harvest season. This year we celebrate 38 years in business.
Musical entertainment will be by the Smith Hill Blues Band from 1:00-4:00 and the Ivas John Band from 4:30-7:30. Guests are invited to dance or relax around our scenic grounds and in our comfortable buildings. Local artist and vendors will sell their products all afternoon. In addition to Alto Vineyards specialty grilled food prepared by our expert cooks, we will have Tater Headz Fry Company serving up delicious food. The day ends with one of the most spectacular displays of fireworks in Southern Illinois by Falling Skies Pyrotechnics at 8:00 PM. Don’t forget your lawn chair!
Alto Vineyards is Southern Illinois’ oldest and most celebrated winery and vineyard. Since opening in 1988, they’ve won hundreds of state, national, and international awards and, today, make over 20 award-winning wines. They are a proud member of the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail and Shawnee American Viticultural Area.
