Riverview Ranch & Resort - A mini-Dude Ranch where children and beginners enjoy safe, slow horseback rides and interact with animals in a relaxed and magical setting.
Ranch - Young children love meeting the friendly horses, mini-horse, mini-pigs, goats, dogs, chickens, ducks, and guinea pigs. Parents enjoy the spectacular view of the iconic Mississippi River. The ranch operates rain or shine in our 60’ x 160’ indoor arena and surrounding pastures. No trail rides. 200 lb. weight limit for horseback riding (50 lbs. for mini-horse).
Rent a canoe/kayaks to paddle to beautiful Beach Island and enjoy a BYO-picnic with your toes in the sand, or just explore the many islands and back channels at your own pace. Your journey will take you through a nature preserve with slow-moving waters and many islands, home to abundant wildlife, including many species of birds, turtles, beavers, otters, etc. By appointment only.
Resort - the 24,440 sqft. equestrian center has two comfortable, clean, and spacious apartments for overnight farm stays. Rental guests enjoy 20% discount on horseback riding, free petting zoo, and free use of canoe/kayaks.
