The Springfield Mile is considered one of the greatest racing spectacles in Motorsports! Gather around, bring family and friends, and watch motorcycles race at the worlds fastest dirt mile track here in Springfield, Illinois.
Experience the fast-paced action and non-stop thrills of national level motorcycle racing at the Multi Purpose Arena and on the fastest mile dirt track.
The Harley-Davidson Springfield Mile ran its first AMA national in 1937. From 1946 through 1953 the champtionship was determined by winning this one race. This is how Springfield became so legendary and prestigious. The rider with the most wins at the Springfield Mile is the legendary Scott Parker who won it 14 times.
