Stubborn German Brewing Company is located in historic downtown Waterloo, Illinois. We are a craft brewery that is independently owned and operated by Chris and Tammy Rahn of Waterloo.
We definitely lean towards brewing German style beers, with some American varieties as well. We don't serve food, but you're welcome to order from the local restaurants or bring food from home. We do have outdoor seating on our patio in front of our building.
