13th Annual Home & Outdoor Expo

The 13th Annual Southern Illinois Home & Outdoor Expo, presented by the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, will take place on February 27 and 28, 2026, at Times Square Mall in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. This two-day event brings together some of the best home improvement, outdoor living, and local business vendors from across the region. Guests can explore a variety of industries including remodeling and construction, furniture and appliances, real estate, financing, insurance, outdoor maintenance, landscaping, pest control, and more. The expo will also feature a Young Entrepreneur Showcase Hall, food vendors, crafts, and live demonstrations throughout the weekend.

The YMCA of Jefferson County will once again host its popular pancake breakfast fundraiser on Saturday morning from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m., serving up flapjacks and smiles to attendees. Booth spaces are available for businesses and organizations looking to participate, with member pricing starting at $400 for an 8x10 Silver space, $700 for a 16x10 Gold space, and $900 for a 16x20 Platinum space. Non-member rates are an additional $150. Electricity is included upon request, and vendors are asked to bring their own tables and chairs.
