The Venue
21 South Broadway, Aurora, IL 60505
Music
Aurora's downtown concert hall & listening room.
At The Venue, we are proud to book nationally-recognized talent in all genres of music from blues and big band, to rock and world music, and everything in between. Frequently, our opening acts feature regional and local musicians and songwriters.
The Venue is the flagship listening space for the Fox Valley Music Foundation. It has 195 seats, outstanding sound quality, and a light bar serving beer, wine and soft drinks. The adjacent Mundy Park allows us to roll up the glass door and host performances al fresco.
The Venue ‘s mission is to promote and preserve music of all genres, including blues, roots, country, soul, classical, and world genres. Our education programming centers on lectures and workshops for young and old. Part cultural center, we strive for a balance between well-known artists and niche performances of the highest caliber.
